The Jefferson Historical Society is committed to strengthening the connections between our history and our lives that we find  in our community, today.  Restoring the Maple Museum and Judd Hall (the former Masonic Hall) to be used for public events, has grounded us in our work to keep history alive.  The concerts and programs we present in these buildings bring to life the experiences that people in Jefferson have enjoyed for nearly 200 years.  If you visit the Jefferson Historical Society Facebook page you will find the photos and records of our past that families here have shared.  Now open upstairs in Judd Hall, the Jefferson Local History Museum will have displays of the photos, and items brought to the Society from former and current residents. A digital archive of photos and other ephemera will be made available for people to research.

Monthly Meetings

JHS Meetings are held 2nd Tuesday of every month, 4:30pm at Judd Hall in person or Zoom.
All invited to attend.
